3D Artist

At Neutral Digital, we are in search of a talented 3D Artist to become a part of our team. As a 3D Artist, your responsibilities will include modeling 3D assets for interactive applications and prototypes, adhering to asset specifications and naming conventions, assisting in scene layout and basic environment assembly, preparing UV maps, applying base materials, supporting render prep or engine export tasks, incorporating feedback effectively, collaborating closely with senior artists and technical leads, and maintaining organized files in version-controlled systems. The ideal candidate for this role will possess basic proficiency in Blender or similar 3D software, have a solid understanding of modeling, UVs, and low/mid-poly workflows, demonstrate a willingness to learn engine tools like Unreal or Unity, exhibit good communication and collaboration skills, be aware of real-time rendering limitations, have an eye for shape, proportion, and surface detail, possess basic knowledge of file optimization and export procedures, and maintain an organized and detail-oriented work approach.
