Role Overview The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all business operations in India, driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and managing cross-functional teams. This is a strategic leadership role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on operational ability, and a deep understanding of the creative tech and design industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Strategy Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as aviation, architecture, education, and digital media. Represent Neutral Digital in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines or products. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the Indian team and ensure alignment with global processes and standards. Monitor project execution, timelines, and quality in collaboration with project leads. Ensure efficient coordination between the India office and global teams (especially London HQ). Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing cross-disciplinary team (designers, developers, artists, support staff). Guide recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and talent development in collaboration with HR. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable culture within the team. Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage local budgets, vendor contracts, compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with finance and legal advisors to ensure regulatory and tax compliance. Ensure the smooth operation of the Okhla office, infrastructure, and administration. Key Requirements: Experience: 10–12 years in business management, client servicing, or operations, ideally in digital/creative/tech sectors. Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and scale business operations. Knowledge: Familiarity with digital technologies such as XR, 3D visualization, or experience design is a plus. Communication: Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills; fluent in English (verbal and written). Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Design, Technology, or related field.
