The 3D Artist will create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and visualizations for architectural projects. Daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with the design team, using 3D modeling software such as Blender, and ensuring that the final rendered outputs meet the required standards. The role demands creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to produce impressive visual content for real estate projects. Qualifications Proficiency in 3D modeling and experience using software such as Blender Skills in Lighting and Texturing for realistic rendering Knowledge of Rigging techniques to create dynamic models Strong attention to detail and creativity in producing visually appealing designs Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 3D design, architecture, or a related field is a plus Familiarity with the real estate or architectural visualization industry is advantageous
