Job Description

About the Role:

Corporate Sales Manager - Banca(VRM)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of
Bancassurance

Managers
to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Drive
life insurance sales
through virtual and digital engagement with existing and new customers.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure consistent business growth.
Analyze business reports, identify growth opportunities, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

CTQ (Critical to Quality Parameters):

Experience:
7 - 9 years of total experience in Sales (mandatory)
Life Insurance Experience:
Minimum 3 - 4 years (must)
Team Handling:
Minimum 2 years of team management experience (mandatory)
Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate
Location:
Chennai / Bangalore(local candidates preferred)
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil(Chennai) And Kannada(Bangalore)
