Ensuring error free underwriting of loans in line with approved processes and policy guidelines Monitor & train the Jr. Resources in the team keeping role succession planning & achieving the TAT. Ensure meticulous compliance with internal credit policy as well as regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with the benchmark Turnaround Time. Manage ,supervise and provide guidance to the vendor agencies like legal and technical to get the desired and quality output.
