Our mission is to transform corporate and institutional gifting into a meaningful gesture rather than a formality — providing products that recipients enjoy, remember, and associate positively with the giver.


We are at the exciting early stage of our journey, with plans to expand our presence across India and grow our portfolio with an ever-evolving range of premium, food-based gifting solutions.


Role Overview:


This is a results-driven role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into revenue. In the initial stage, your mission is to lay the foundation for our sales engine — researching and segmenting potential corporate and institutional clients, mapping key decision-makers, and building a high-quality prospect database.


You will create compelling, customized sales pitches that position us as a premium, food-based corporate gifting brand rooted in Kerala and expanding nationwide.


Once operations are in full swing, your focus shifts to end-to-end deal ownership: initiating contact via LinkedIn and email, nurturing interest through strategic follow-ups, presenting tailored proposals, and closing high-value B2B contracts.


You’ll be expected to develop long-term client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive repeat business, ensuring we become the go-to choice for clients who want gifts that are meaningful, consumable, and memorable.


This role is ideal for a self-starter who combines the hunter mindset of a business development professional with the strategic thinking of a brand ambassador — someone who can represent our values while consistently hitting ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Audience Research & Segmentation


  • Identify and segment potential corporate and institutional clients across diverse sectors — IT & tech, finance, hospitality, manufacturing, wellness & fitness, premium education, government & NGO events, and more.
  • Research HR managers, admin heads, procurement teams, and key decision-makers to target the right contacts for outreach.



2. Lead Generation & Database Management


  • Build and maintain a well-organized lead database/CRM with accurate contact details, interaction history, and follow-up schedules.
  • Qualify leads to ensure efforts focus on decision-makers with genuine purchasing authority.



3. Outreach & Networking


  • Initiate contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other professional networking channels.
  • Conduct meaningful conversations to understand client needs and position WildSattva as their trusted gifting partner.



4. Sales Pitch Creation


  • Develop tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations suited for specific industries, occasions, and client needs.
  • Suggest unique value additions to make proposals stand out and increase conversion rates.



5. Market & Competitor Intelligence


  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, and packaging trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Share actionable insights to help refine WildSattva’s product, positioning, and service approach.



6. Event & Seasonal Planning


  • Map corporate gifting opportunities around festivals, employee recognition days, annual events, and other milestones.
  • Propose creative bundle ideas to drive bulk orders during both peak and off-peak seasons.



7. Partnership Development


  • Identify and pursue collaborations with event planners, HR consultants, wellness retreat operators, and hospitality brands for joint sales opportunities.
  • Explore affiliate or reseller partnerships with premium businesses and institutions.



Reporting & Feedback


  • Maintain clear, timely progress reports on outreach activities, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
  • Provide structured feedback on client preferences, challenges, and emerging market trends.



Skills & Experience:


  • Proven ability (or strong potential) to identify, connect with, and influence decision-makers in corporate or institutional settings.
  • Strong research skills to segment and prioritize potential clients across multiple industries.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills — both written (for pitches and proposals) and verbal (for client conversations).
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networks for lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Comfortable creating sales pitches, proposals, and follow-up strategies independently.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a willingness to take ownership of results.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking and pipeline management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome, provided they are highly motivated and eager to learn.
