Internship Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Field Operations Intern to help us research local vendors, meet wholesalers, and support operations as we set up our supply chain and workspace in Kozhikode.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in operations, vendor research, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Visit wholesalers & vendors in Kozhikode to collect prices, samples, and details for spices, teas, coffees, honey, packaging materials, label printing, shipping services, and more unique Kerala-based products like pathimugham, karingali vellam, and other traditional items.

✅ Scout small warehouses or shops suitable for inventory storage & assembly work.

✅ Maintain a simple record of visits, prices, and vendor contacts.

✅ Support with picking up samples, taking photographs, and reporting findings.

✅ Learn and assist with the practical aspects of setting up a premium brand’s operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and proactive.

✔ Comfortable travelling locally around Kozhikode (travel expenses will be covered).

✔ Fluent in Malayalam and basic English, to interact effectively with vendors and the founder.

✔ Familiar with Kozhikode’s markets & areas (preferred).

✔ Students & freshers welcome — no prior experience required.

What We Offer:

Stipend: ₹4,000–5,000/month + travel expenses.

Internship certificate on successful completion.

Opportunity to learn real-world business operations & grow with the brand.

Duration: Initially 2–3 months (can be extended based on performance & brand needs).

Full-time opportunity based on performance at the end of internship.
