Field Operations Intern

Job Description:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the work of our execution team on the field, ensuring the timely completion of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality. You will also coordinate with our clients and vendors and provide administrative support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and monitor the field execution team's performance through daily check-ins and continuous communication via WhatsApp or other channels.

2. Ensure all required materials and resources are available for the execution team, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to avoid delays.

3. Conduct regular quality checks through the App and photographs to ensure that the work meets client and company standards.

4. Ensure the timely completion of all tasks and projects by the field execution team in alignment with client requirements and deadlines.

5. Maintain the attendance records of the execution team, ensuring timely submission to HR for payroll processing.

6. Ensure the availability of sufficient labourers on-site and address any labor shortages or issues promptly.

7. Provide regular updates on project completion status to the Finance department to ensure timely billing for completed work.

8. Ensure the timely dispatch of materials from printers or suppliers to the field team, avoiding project delays.

9. Lead, guide, and motivate the execution team, identifying training needs and resolving performance issues to maintain productivity and efficiency.

10. Utilise advanced Excel skills and Google Workspace tools to manage and analyse data, generate reports, and track project progress efficiently.

Other Requirement:

1. Advanced Excel and good data handling skills.

2. Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools

3. Should be well-versed in Hindi and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
