Qualification:
Essential MBA / Post graduate degree ordiploma in Human Resource management (2 years Full Time) from recognizedInstitute
Preferred: -Certificate -SAP HR or Degree/Diploma in T & D
Experience : 3-8 yrs. of experience in areputed Manufacturing organization.
Job Profile: The objective of the role is toimplement human resources strategies, systems, and processes that help theorganization meet its goals and objectives and facilitate growth anddevelopment. The role is responsible for Core HR operation at plant level i.e., ManpowerPlanning & budget, Org Structure & JD, TA, Onboarding, PMS, T & D, Emp. Engagement, Shopfloor Initiatives, Group HR Initiatives (Policy drive, GPTW, Talent Mgmt. etc.), HR Presentation, HRMS (CMR Connect), Personal FileMgmt. etc.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Effective Manpower Planning & handlingredundancy with a view to enhance productivity.
Create manpower plans and budgets in line withannual business plans. Finalizing the manpower budget in the beginning of thefinancial year
Monitor adherence to planned budgets (Salary, T & D, Admin, etc.)
Recruitment
Managing end to end recruitment process for all therequirements at the plant level
Prepare & track individual recruiter metrics (e.gtime to fill opening and cost per hire)
Implementation of Job Description
Responsible for preparing Job description forall key positions at plant level
Updating of Structures and Job Descriptions inthe system as and when required
Talent Management
Implement Talent Management program as perorganization framework
To guide the new entrants of Talent Pool membersto create their Individual Development Plan.
To ensure MDPs of talent Pool members arereviewed & updated as per schedule.
Training & Development
To coordinate and deliver Training & Induction programs as per requirement of the organization.
Identify the training need for Blue Collarsthrough gap analysis. Plan competency development program and co-ordinate withtraining agencies & internal trainers to impart various trainings.
HR Policies
To ensure effective implementation of all HRpolicies and procedures at Unit level.
To ensure implementation of the value andculture framework and adherence to policies
Performance Management System
Responsible for completion of PMS process at theUnit level
To work hand in gloves with managers forcompletion of Goal setting, Mid-Year Review & Annual Appraisals as per theintent of the process.
Employee Satisfaction survey
Implement & Drive Employee Satisfactionsurvey (GPTW) /Organizational Health/ Climate survey initiative forall level of employees viz Management cadre, Supervisory & workmen andinitiate corrective actions in coordination with department in-charges
Drive action planning and ownership of actionimplementation.
Employees Engagement and Employee Relationship Building
Ensure internal communication to employees onkey HR/ ER initiatives at plant level.
Plan & Implement various EmployeesEngagement activities like Town Halls, communication meet, Skip level meeting, Think Tank, Open door, Family Day, cake Day (Employee Birthday Celebration), suggestion scheme, Help Desk (Voice of Employee) solution within 24 hours etc.for all level of employees.
Drive various kind of Employee Reward & Recognition scheme especially related to blue colour employees at unit level incoordination with department in-charges
Core Competencies:
Good understanding about HRMS Operation of HRAutomation like SAP HR/ success factor / Darwin box etc
Candidate with strong exposure in screening, Stakeholder management skill, Excellent Communication Skills
Possess proactive attitude, excellentnegotiating skill and capability to think in & out of the box.
Excellent interpersonal and organizationalskills with proven abilities in people management, Excellent Team ManagementSkills
Good understanding of sourcing through differentchannel like Portals, LinkedIn, Reference etc.
Should be Proficient in MS officesuite & Analytical skills
