Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and support HR operations. You will play a key role in shaping our team, improving processes, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Working Hours Days

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as designers, editors, content writers, social media managers, developers, and admin staff.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, portfolios, referrals, and networks.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.

Maintain recruitment pipelines and adhere to hiring deadlines.

2. Onboarding Documentation

Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and new hire documentation.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee files.

Conduct induction sessions for new employees.

3. HR Operations

Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS.

Assist with monthly payroll inputs.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and office rules.

4. Employee Engagement

Plan internal events, activities, and team-building sessions.

Conduct feedback interactions and share insights with management.

Support a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.

5. HR Compliance

Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company data.
