Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our team at GKN Aerospace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace engineering and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and systems.
Conduct research and analysis to improve existing products and processes.
Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with GKN Aerospace.
Strong understanding of aircraft design, aerodynamic modeling, and flight control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
