Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - HRSS to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with expertise in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS. This role requires 3-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Manage employee relations, performance, and talent acquisition processes.
Analyze training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Oversee benefits management, corporate communications, and vendor management.
Implement operational excellence management consulting services to improve organizational efficiency.
Conduct assessment centers to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of HR policies, MIS, and recruiting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
