Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Support end-to-end delivery of DEI strategy, assessment, and activation projects. Project Management Manage projects of small to mid-complexity. Coordinate with team members to plan and execute project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time. Client Engagement Manage client communication, progress tracking, and scope/budget adherence. Solution Deployment Translate diagnostics into insights and support solution co-creation. Coordinate cross-functional contributors and manage outputs. Thought Leadership Contribute to industry thought leadership in India through articles, white papers, roundtables, and client events. Participate in content development, research, marketing events, and other activities. Business Development Identify and pursue client sales opportunities (hunting and farming). Understand client requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
