Job Description

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in the Talent Solutions Consulting sector of Aon's Future Solutions Group (DEI), you will play a crucial role in supporting clients to build workforces for the digital age. With a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and HR transformation, you will bring your expertise in consulting to manage mid- to large-scale projects and drive impactful outcomes. Your educational background includes a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/2 institute is preferred to excel in this role. With 3-6 years of consulting experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to DEI or HR transformation, you should have a proven track record in managing projects, client delivery, and reporting outcomes. In this role, you will utilize advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Project/Planner, along with proficiency in project management tools and data analysis and visualization. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the end-to-end delivery of DEI strategy projects, managing small to mid-complexity projects, engaging with clients, deploying solutions, and contributing to industry thought leadership in India. As part of a client-centric team, you will be instrumental in translating strategies into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and fostering inclusive work practices. Your ability to develop proposals, execute projects, problem-solve effectively, and communicate with stakeholders will be essential for success in this role. The position also requires a keen focus on client impact, commitment to DEI principles, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
