Inviting applications for the role of
Consultant ,PMO – Program Enablement & Governance Lead (RPA Support)
Seeking a highly organized and process-oriented PMO professional to support a distributed team of 10+ Project Managers (PMs) in an RPA Production Support environment. This role is designed to enable adherence to recurring cadences, trackers, governance rituals, and transformation initiatives—without directly owning delivery execution. The PMO will function as the orchestration layer, ensuring all reporting lines, and learning objectives stay aligned across the team.

Role Summary:
The PMO will be responsible for helping PMs stay on track with recurring deliverables such as SLA reviews, RAG status updates, CR and Transition trackers, Project success stories, Project Self-reviews, and RCA workflows. The PMO will drive governance rhythm by managing huddles, retrospectives, and forums; maintain tracker hygiene; and provide structured follow-ups. This PMO will also ensure documentation accuracy, version control, assist with daily huddle dashboard oversight, and support stakeholder reporting preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the calendar of recurring PMO tasks across Service Delivery, Metrics & Cost Control, Reporting & Communication, People & Capability, and Compliance & Audit.
Coordinate and facilitate weekly huddles, retrospectives, and monthly PM forums—owning agendas, follow-ups, and outcome tracking.
Ensure all recurring tracker updates (e.g., RAG status, SLA adherence, revenue confirmation, PID allocation) are completed accurately and on time by the responsible PMs.
Maintain a centralized SharePoint or Excel-based master tracker and validate updates across PMs.
Assist in preparing leadership decks including MSR, QTR Review, and Success Story presentations.
Support the Daily Huddle by monitoring backlogs, managing WIP items, and flagging overdue or blocked items.
Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures including PM Self Reviews, ticket audits, and process checklists.
Capture and follow up on continuous improvement opportunities, SIP ideas, and retrospective action items.
Ensure updated process documentation, ownership matrices, and knowledge repositories are always available and version-controlled.
Act as a liaison between the AVP, Senior PMs, Tech PMs, and stakeholders for governance coordination and status reporting.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in PMO, delivery governance, or program support roles—preferably within IT operations, shared services, or automation environments. Strong familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and basic dashboarding in Power BI is essential. The candidate should have a working knowledge of RPA concepts, ITIL terminology (Incidents, CRs), and Agile/Kanban principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with disciplined follow-up and attention to detail, are critical. A proven ability to chase, nudge, and enable team members (without formal authority) is a key trait for success in this role.

Other Requirements:

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) are desirable. Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate is a bonus. The ability to transform operational inputs into compelling success stories or stakeholder presentations is highly valued. Facilitation skills for retrospectives, RCA workshops, or SIP idea generation sessions are advantageous. Candidates who demonstrate empathy toward execution-heavy PMs and comfort managing both junior and senior audiences will be preferred.

Growth Path:
This role offers significant visibility across the entire RPA support ecosystem and is ideal for professionals aiming to grow into Program Manager, Agile Coach, or Transformation Lead roles. As the primary enabler of value delivery, reporting integrity, and execution rhythm, the PMO will sit at the center of the program’s ongoing evolution.
