Product Overview
Enterprise Connectivity- A next-generation connectivity platform (evolved from DHISCO) that enables hotels, chains, and management companies to distribute rates, inventory, and content seamlessly across 1500+ demand channels (OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, travel agents).
What we are looking to hire:
The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for coordinating implementation projects of varying size and complexity. This includes organizing and controlling project activities—both internally and with customers—while managing teams, monitoring risks and opportunities, and ensuring clear communicationwith management and stakeholders.We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment andcan balance technical knowledge with exceptional project leadership. The ideal candidate will:

Key Responsibilities
- Track implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project strategy, goals, and objectives are clearly stated and achieved.
- Direct Quality Assurance of project status documentation.
- Track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
- Manage financial queries, including scope changes, timelines, and resource adjustments.
- Organize and lead the team’s work, assign tasks, and resolve blockers.
- Maintain processes and ensure deliverables align with objectives.
- Develop training and briefing material for staff.
- Monitor project schedules, control timelines, and report progress.
- Conduct project closure activities, including outcome measurement against baseline.
- Support process improvements and maintain updated documentation.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the implementation project lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Linux, JSON, API, XML, SQL databases.
- Knowledge of project tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA, Excel, Microsoft Project, Confluence,SharePoint).
Skills

Experience Needed
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Implementation Head or Consultant in an agile softwaredevelopment/implementation environment.
- Hands-on experience in project management and tracking tools such as JIRA and Excel (required), MicrosoftProject, Confluence, and SharePoint (preferred).
- Experience handling project scope, timelines, and resource planning independently.
