Position: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Experience : 2–6 years in US/International Market Industry : IT Software / Solution Sales Location : Noida/Pune Transport : Free Pick-up & Drop Facility Shift Timing : 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST CTC : Open for Discussion + Lucrative Commission Structure Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire pre-sales process, from lead generation to appointment setting . Drive outbound sales efforts focused on the North American market . Meet or exceed Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) targets consistently. Use CRM and other sales tools effectively for outreach, tracking, and reporting. Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers to engage potential clients. Understand client requirements and communicate the value proposition of our services, which include: AI/ML Cybersecurity Data Engineering Cloud Solutions CRM IT Consulting & Digital Services Engage with prospects, address objections, probe for service needs, and generate genuine interest. Take full ownership of leads and ensure smooth progression through the sales pipeline to closure. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
