2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a Compliance Executive to handle end-to-end statutory and client compliance activities in staffing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, and other labour law compliances, along with strong coordination and documentation skills.
Manage statutory compliances PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefit Act, etc.
Ensure timely statutory filings, renewals, and labour license registrations .
Handle onboarding compliance documentation for deputed/contract staff.
Liaise with internal teams (Recruitment, Payroll, Client Servicing) for compliance alignment.
Maintain BGV, E-code generation, compliance trackers, and MIS reports .
Coordinate client audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Upload and manage data on client and compliance portals as per schedule.
Maintain digital and physical compliance records for easy retrieval during audits.
Experience: 1 3 years in compliance (preferably in staffing / manpower outsourcing industry).
Strong knowledge of labour laws PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, Maternity Benefit, Contract Labour Act.
Location: Kolkata
Good command over Excel, documentation, and client interaction .
Experience in portal-based compliance uploads will be an added advantage.
Customer-focused approach and attention to detail are must - haves.
