HR Executive (Operations + Talent Acquisition) 1-2 Yrs Exp. - Efficienza Business Solutions HR Executive (Operations + Talent Acquisition) 1-2 Yrs Exp.
Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in hiring, onboarding processes, and HR documentation. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure smooth HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing selection
Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements Post jobs on job portals, social media internal networks Conduct HR interviews salary negotiations Manage candidate communication interview scheduling Maintain recruitment databases and weekly hiring dashboards Support campus hiring and internship programs

HR Operations:

Support onboarding induction processes for new employees
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and background checks Assist in employee engagement events internal communication Support payroll inputs and attendance management coordination Manage employee queries and provide HR support Assist in performance appraisal coordination and compliance documentation

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools sourcing channels
Excellent communication interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Attention to detail with good coordination and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of Labour Laws and HR compliance (added advantage) Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS / Applicant Tracking Systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor s / Master s Degree in HR Management or Business Administration
HR internship or prior HR experience required
