We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be familiar with HR best practices, particularly within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and contract workforce management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.

Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.

Maintain attendance and leave records; coordinate with payroll team.

Support in performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement activities.

Monitor contract workers attendance and liaise with contractors.

Assist in audits and documentation required by regulatory authorities.

Support HR initiatives such as training, wellness programs, and grievance handling.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HRMS or attendance software is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

Office-based with periodic visits to shop floor/plant areas.

Interaction with multiple departments, contractors, and management.
