Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database Coordinate and support employee engagement activities Ensure timely compliance with statutory and company HR policies Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking Generate regular HR reports for management review Support training and development initiatives Preferred candidate profile Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or related field 0–1 years of relevant HR experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills
