Job Description

Meck Pharmaceuticals Chemicals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Operator to oversee packing operations in our pharmaceutical production facility at Sanand. This is a full-time position on rotational shifts, suitable for fresh graduates looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day packing activities on the production floor.
Ensure products are packed according to SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the packing area.
Monitor and manage packing material usage, minimizing wastage.
Prepare and maintain accurate packing records and documentation.
Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth workflow.
Lead, guide, and support packing workers during the shift.
Report any operational or quality-related issues to the Production/QA team.
Work effectively across rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) as per schedule.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical packing operations.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
Knowledge of GMP guidelines is an added advantage (training will be provided).
