Packaging Operator

As a Product Packaging Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged accurately, safely, and in alignment with our brand standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be key in maintaining the efficiency of our operations team. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all products are packed neatly and securely to prevent damage during transit. - Perform quality checks on items before packaging. - Label and seal packages correctly according to order requirements. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area. - Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to meet daily packaging and dispatch targets. - Report any damaged or missing inventory promptly. - Follow company guidelines for product presentation and branding. - Keep records of packaged products and packaging materials. Qualifications & Skills: - High School diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or logistics preferred. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Physically fit to handle package movement and lifting. - Basic understanding of product labelling and shipping documentation. - Proficiency in using computers (PC/Laptop) and basic software like MS Excel, Word, and web browsers.
