Packaging Operator

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Packaging Boy to join our team. The role involves folding and packaging women’s dupattas carefully and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, quick-learning, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Neatly fold women’s dupattas as per company guidelines.
• Pack finished products in polybags, boxes, or other packaging materials.
• Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and counting of items.
• Check products for any damage, stains, or defects before packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
• Assist in inventory management and stock arrangement when needed.
• Meet daily packaging targets and follow quality standards.

Requirements

• No formal education requirement (10th pass preferred).
• Prior experience in garment folding/packaging is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on feet for long hours.
• Good attention to detail and speed.
• Basic understanding of counting and handling materials.
• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Work Schedule

• Day shift (11am to 9pm)
• Sunday off / rotational off (customize as needed)
