To produce materials as per production plan and agreed specifications. Machine setting and changeover and machine operations. Regular quality control throughout the shift and to set job in proper sequence to reduce wastage. To maintain departmental & Machine Housekeeping. To maintain machine health. To maintain record keeping.

* 1 Operation and maintenance of Power house, Gensets, Utilities Machinery. 2. Ensure Smooth Functioning of these utilities by proper maintenance.. 3. Attend inter-Departmental queries, complaints/issues and coordinate for smooth functioning 4. To maintain daily complaints register and checklists. 5. To maintain housekeeping and safe environment system. * ITI - with min 3 year of experience.

Education Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in machine operation (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pouch packing or FMCG/ cosmetics/pharmaceutical manufacturing. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in processing and packing areas. Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery to detect any issues and ensure optimal operation. Ensure the availability of spare parts and manage inventory for timely repairs. Keep maintenance logs and report any recurring equipment failures. Follow safety guidelines and regulations during maintenance activities.

We are looking for someone who can operate consumer packing machines of besan and chana dal packaging unit. Type of machines are auger filler and multihead packing machines for which we require operator having experience of about 2 to 5 years at least.
