Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring across departments. Maintain candidate databases, schedule assessments, and liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements accurately.
Oversee employee life cycle activities such as joining formalities, documentation, background verification, induction sessions, and maintaining updated HR records in HRMS systems for compliance and organizational reporting.
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance data, resolving employee queries, coordinating with finance teams, and ensuring timely distribution of payslips, statutory deductions, and benefits administration as per company policies.
Implement HR policies and procedures, coordinate performance management cycles, track training needs, assist in employee engagement initiatives, maintain grievance redressal documentation, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory HR frameworks.
