Role Description: Commercial Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support sales and procurement operations with a focus on cost efficiency.
Manage vendor and customer relationships to ensure reliable supply and demand fulfillment.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with commercial terms.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure alignment of commercial strategy with company goals and market dynamics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering
; MBA preferred.
5-7 years
of experience in commercial operations, preferably in
aluminum or manufacturing industries
.
Proven experience in
sales, procurement, and contract negotiation
.
Strong understanding of
cost control, budgeting, and pricing strategies
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and commercial documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
