Job Description

Accountable for collaborating with regional sales leaders to support team development through targeted training initiatives and participation in sales/review meetings.

Partner with the Training department to design, update and deliver training materials (presentations, manuals, digital modules) aligned with current product knowledge and sales strategies.
Deliver in-field coaching sessions with sales representatives and managers, addressing real-time challenges and reinforcing product expertise and selling techniques.
Facilitate onboarding of new sales personnel, ensuring thorough understanding of product portfolios, compliance standards and company policies.
Create and implement assessments and quizzes to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor sales team performance, provide constructive feedback and collaborate with management to develop improvement plans.
Ensure all training content and delivery methods comply with industry regulations and internal standards.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including new launches, treatment protocols and competitor insights and integrate this into training programs.
Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, tracking metrics such as knowledge retention, completion rates and sales impact.

Qualifications:

Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline (Science background preferred).
Over 10 years of field sales training experience.
1 2 years of hands-on leadership experience as a frontline manager.
