Role & responsibilities Develop marketing plans and tactics enabling sales team for promotion of identified product/promotion for desired results Market Intelligence Be expert about our customer, who are they, how they buy, and their buying criteria Understanding Competitive landscape Understanding competition and their strategies Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large groups and senior groups and a strong writer Collaborate with sales to deploy GTM strategies and own their implementation from ideation to execution Experiment with a variety of content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns etc. Provide valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and assist in converting our target groups Build strategic relationships and partner with key customers, providers and channel Prepare marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis Oversee and get approval of marketing material and sales tool, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies. Build repository of all content created Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Experiment with projects in key focus areas and collaborate with field to implement Analyze consumer behavior and keep adjusting marketing strategies and campaigns accordingly Leverage the patient journey to identify the value pools and bring solutions; Identify place in therapy in which the brand should add Value; Develop Training plan and contents (face to face training, web training etc.) Identify motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding external environment and competitive dynamics; Engage with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels; Conduct a SWOT analysis for the territory responsible based on results set direction, strategies, and plans for the territory/region/key accounts, to achieve dept/functional goals; Design innovative customer support services/tender arrangements including E-initiatives and optimal use of company valuable services. Preferred candidate profile MBA degree in Marketing or related field Demonstrable experience (5+ years) in product marketing in Wound Care products Demonstrable creative devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate and motivate customers as well as sales team Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets A sense of aesthetics and a love for energizing, clear, crisp communication Up to date with recent changes, trends in healthcare practice Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Power user in networking tool (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) as well as
