Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and customer-obsessed

Area / Cluster / Regional Manager

to oversee multiple Uni Seoul stores across

Bangalore and nearby regions

. This role demands a balance of operational excellence, commercial acumen, and people leadership — ensuring that every Uni Seoul store reflects our brand promise of joy, style, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

Take ownership of sales performance across your assigned stores by implementing data-driven strategies.Regularly analyze KPIs, track performance, and execute corrective action plans to exceed sales targets.Collaborate with senior management on pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive growth.

Customer Experience & Brand Ambassadorship

Champion Uni Seoul’s philosophy of joyful retail by creating memorable, customer-first experiences.Ensure that each store environment embodies our brand identity — from visual presentation to service delivery.Resolve escalations with empathy and professionalism while fostering customer loyalty.

Operational Excellence

Guarantee flawless day-to-day store operations, including inventory accuracy, store audits, and SOP adherence.Oversee visual merchandising and product display standards aligned with Uni Seoul’s evolving aesthetic.Ensure operational discipline in cash management, loss prevention, and compliance.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and their teams to deliver strong business performance.Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork that aligns with Uni Seoul’s brand ethos.Identify high-potential talent and create opportunities for growth and skill development.

Market Insights & Expansion Readiness

Keep a close eye on Bangalore’s retail landscape — understand consumer preferences, competition, and trends.Share insights with the central retail team to inform merchandising, location planning, and store expansion.

Reporting & Data Analysis

Prepare and present periodic reports on sales, productivity, and store performance metrics.Use analytics and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement and optimize profitability.

What You’ll Bring

3–8 years of progressive experience in retail operations or area management.Proven track record in managing multiple high-footfall retail stores.Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on performance and culture.Analytical mindset with expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and data interpretation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to travel across Bangalore and nearby locations.
