.As we expand our presence in Hyderabad, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on retail leader to oversee multiple Uni Seoul stores across the city. This role goes beyond managing operations — it’s about shaping customer journeys, mentoring future leaders, and driving Uni Seoul’s promise of joy into every store visit.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

Own revenue performance across your assigned stores by implementing high-impact sales strategies.Regularly track KPIs, analyze trends, and proactively bridge gaps to ensure targets are not just met but exceeded.

Customer Experience & Brand Ambassadorship

Champion Uni Seoul’s brand values by ensuring every customer interaction is memorable, warm, and inspiring.Maintain immersive store environments that reflect Uni Seoul’s identity — from visual storytelling to customer engagement touchpoints.

Operational Excellence

Ensure flawless day-to-day store operations including inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and adherence to operational SOPs.Drive consistent standards of visual merchandising and product display in line with Uni Seoul’s evolving seasonal themes.

Leadership & People Development

Recruit, guide, and mentor Store Managers and their teams to become customer-centric and results-driven leaders.Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and teamwork while enabling career pathways within Uni Seoul.

Market Insights & Expansion Readiness

What You’ll Bring

3–8 years of progressive experience in retail management at an Cluster, level.A proven track record in multi-store leadership, revenue growth, and operational optimization.Strong leadership with the ability to inspire diverse teams in fast-paced, high-footfall retail environments.Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.Flexibility to travel extensively across Hyderabad to ensure on-ground excellence.
