Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for both retail stores and online platforms (D2C + marketplaces).
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related tech tools to manage workflows and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including labor laws, fire safety, and internal audits.
• Implement and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, pest control, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular compliance and hygiene audits with proper documentation and SOP enforcement.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient execution and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – retail, e-commerce, procurement, and logistics – for smooth coordination.
• Track and report on operational KPIs such as stock accuracy, order dispatch timelines, and loss prevention.
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail or e-commerce setups.
• Working knowledge of WMS platforms and inventory control systems.
• Strong understanding of compliance documentation and hygiene protocols.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide teams and implement operational improvements.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and process discipline.
