The brand operates across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms and is focused on building a lean, high-execution operations engine to support rapid scale. Role Overview The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth inbound and outbound movement of goods, and disciplined execution on the Warehouse Management System (Unicommerce). This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily warehouse operations including inwarding, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch • Ensure 100% accurate inventory tracking on Unicommerce • Coordinate dispatches for B2B and B2C orders with timely execution • Maintain FIFO/FEFO compliance and stock hygiene • Reconcile physical inventory with system inventory on a daily/weekly basis • Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and issue resolution • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, discipline, and basic safety standards • Share daily and weekly operational reports (inventory, dispatches, issues) Required Skills & Experience • Prior hands-on experience with Unicommerce or other warehouse management software • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, FMCG or food brands preferred • High ownership mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and execute without supervision • Clear communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred) • Comfortable using basic tech tools such as WMS and spreadsheets Compensation Fixed monthly salary based on experience, along with performance-linked incentives tied to inventory accuracy and dispatch SLAs.
