Job Summary:


We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Closing Manager to drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. You’ll be responsible for guiding high-net-worth clients through the closing process—from negotiation to possession—ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience that reflects our brand's prestige.


Job Responsibility:


• Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.

• Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, are processed smoothly.

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.

• Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.

• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.

• Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.

• Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.


Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • 4-5 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success

• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.

• Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.

• Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations. •Command of numbers, calculations, and analytical understanding is critical
