We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing activities for our range of Water Treatment Plants and Equipment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing plans, drive B2B sales growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the industrial or environmental engineering sector and be passionate about clean water technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental) or Marketing; MBA is a plus. Proven 5+ years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in water treatment or environmental engineering products. Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and related equipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and marketing analytics. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
