• Lead and manage client relationships across corporate accounts, HNIs, and premium event projects.
• Understand client objectives and design solutions that align with their brand ethos and expectations.
• Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Production, Operations, Hospitality) to drive seamless project execution.
• Handle end-to-end event planning — from concept development, budgeting, to on-ground management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, corporate leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and high service standards.
• Manage client presentations, proposals, and post-event reports with a sharp focus on quality and detailing.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on luxury trends, experiential formats, and industry innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Handle troubleshooting and client escalations swiftly with a solution-driven approach.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate events / experiential event management.
• Proven experience in managing HNI clientele and delivering high-touch events with excellence.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network and knowledge of vendors, venues, and partners in the luxury / corporate events space.
• Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities — timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Highly professional demeanor with a client-first approach.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements.
