About the Role

Client Growth Manager

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing both virtual and on-ground events, and has a strong customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and consistent post-implementation support.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and strategic engagement.
  • Understand client goals and align our client’s solutions to meet their engagement and business objectives.

Upselling & Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new features, modules, or engagement packages.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create tailored engagement proposals.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly upselling and renewal targets.

Account Retention & Reporting

  • Track and analyze client usage patterns, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Proactively resolve client issues to ensure retention and renewal success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with detailed notes and opportunity tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Contribute to developing client success stories and case studies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or sales (preferably in SaaS or B2B industries).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and foster long-term relationships.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive, persuasive approach to upselling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho is an advantage.
  • Passionate about employee engagement, technology, and creating meaningful client experiences.
