Client Servicing Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Management professional with 8+ years of experience in advertising, across both mainline and digital platforms. You’ll be the bridge between clients and the creative/strategy teams, ensuring timely execution of campaigns while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefsCoordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to deliver campaignsManage timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure on-time, quality deliveryParticipate in brand strategy and campaign planning discussionsTrack performance and prepare reports on campaign outcomesStay updated with industry trends across ATL and digital marketing

Requirements:

5+ years of agency experience in client servicing/account management
Exposure to both mainline (TVC, Print, Radio, OOH) and digital (social, performance, content)Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple campaigns at onceTeam player with a solution-oriented approachGraduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
