About the Role

The Client Servicing Manager will serve as the primary bridge between clients and The Wise Owl’s internal teams. This role requires a proactive professional who can understand business objectives, align creative and digital efforts, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
- Understand client objectives and convert them into clear, actionable briefs for creative, content, and media teams.- Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.- Present campaign performance reports, strategy decks, and insights to clients on a regular basis.- Anticipate client requirements and proactively suggest solutions and ideas.- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to agency standards.- Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets effectively.- Support new business pitches and contribute to client retention initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred).- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and media planning
- Understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
