A Manager's duties are divided into two verticals; Client Servicing & Influencer Relations.


Every manager contributes their efforts in building strong relations with different creators across categories and genres while working closely with them to support the creator's creative vision to build authentic and engaging concepts. They are also responsible to identify the right key opinion leaders for every brand they engage with.


The manager works closely with the brand solutions team to strategise holistic approaches for clients across the spectrum basis their own practical knowledge and strategic analysis of data. While serving the client, the manager leads a junior team to strategically execute the scope of work to achieve the set KPIs and work on data-centric reports to assess ROI for the clients.


Responsibilities and duties:

  • Campaign delivery & day to day operations
  • Influencer identification, onboarding and relationship management
  • Creatively contribute to the creator's concepts and scripts hands-on
  • Spearhead a team of junior team members & interns for every key account
  • Create and present heavy-data reports to assist brands with long-term strategies
  • Working closely with the brand solutions team to create unique influencer marketing strategies by giving in grass root level insights to them and ideate future brand campaigns. 
  • Maintaining and contributing to the collaborative working culture of Chtrbox
  • Data & record maintenance 
  • Taking up an individual interest-based project after mutual agreement at the end of the probation/training period 

Purpose of duties:

Every manager is expected to understand influencer marketing operations & strategy from the grass root level to eventually grow into being a well rounded leader to lead key business accounts and business verticals in the future at Chtrbox. The individual should focus on developing all possible soft skills from communication, analytical thinking, to leading a team of young minds for the long run.


All the efforts that go into day to day operations are aimed at building a credible, well rounded and stable brand expert team at Chtrbox for every unique client by offering high quality and unique set of services for every unique client and their requirements.
