Client Servicing Manager

A Client Servicing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing projects to meet client needs and managing projects to meet client needs and company goals

•  Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client

•  Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well

•  Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction

•  Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services

•  Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and expectations. 
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration. 
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. 

Service Delivery:

• Ensure that all client services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 
• Manage client projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion. 

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support. 
• Set clear expectations and performance goals for the team, ensuring accountability and motivation. 

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. 
• Develop and implement client service strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
