Client Servicing Manager

The ideal candidate understands digital marketing fundamentals, has experience handling client communication, and enjoys building long-term professional relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for SEO and social media clients.
  • Understand client goals, prepare strategy briefs, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media, design) to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare performance reports for clients.
  • Handle feedback, revisions, and ensure timely delivery.

Business Development Support

  • Conduct

    cold calls

    and assist the BD team in lead generation.
  • Perform

    LinkedIn outreach

    to connect with potential clients and set up discovery calls.
  • Support proposal creation and presentation preparation for new business pitches.

Marketing Knowledge

  • Have working knowledge of

    SEO basics

    , social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and client servicing practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably in a digital agency).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in cold outreach tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
