Brand Partnerships Manager

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Industry Preference: Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or Liquor Industry Experience Required: 5 - 6 Years Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join as Assistant Manager – Alliances, responsible for driving brand partnerships, client onboarding, and revenue growth through FMCG and Alcohol brand collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who combines business development expertise with a creative approach to brand activations in the F&B domain. Key Responsibilities:Lead new business pitches and manage seamless onboarding of partner brands.Achieve month-on-month (MoM) sales targets, with a focus on long-term revenue growth.Identify and execute branding and partnership opportunities with FMCG and Alcohol brands at F&B outlets.Track performance and growth of FMCG MRP tie-ups on a monthly basis.Develop and review effective marketing and branding strategies across all operating locations in India.Manage alcohol brand portfolios, including SKU additions and alignment of menus with brand agreements across regions.Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, while consistently pursuing new business opportunities.Deliver on strategic business goals through partnerships, alliances, and effective agency/vendor management.Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets, reviewing quarterly for optimization.Strengthen brand visibility through PR, advertising, and innovative marketing channels.Leverage branding opportunities via media collaborations and retail tie-ups.Plan and coordinate the launch of new outlets and partner brands.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure clear client communication.Handle partnership documentation and support smooth handover to business relationship management teams during transitions.
