The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to own and drive company’s Creator economy solutions. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling plans, strategizing campaign concepts and ensuring top-quality execution across all stages of client engagements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent networking & communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Interpret client briefs into actionable influencer marketing plans.
• Identify and finalize creators based on campaign goals, budgets, and audience alignment.
• Lead campaign timelines, deliverables, and reporting across pre-production to post-campaign analysis.

Creator Relationship Building

• Maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and managers across verticals.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and costs aligned to campaign goals.

Trendspotting & Innovation

• Constantly be on the pulse of digital culture—reels, formats, memes, creator trends—and apply insights to campaigns.
• Bring new influencer-first ideas to client strategies.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the Brand Strategy, Content, Creative, and Production teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for briefs, scripts, and assets.
