About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a deal-maker who knows how to turn conversations into collaborations. As our Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the front line in bringing in new campaigns, product launches, and collaborations with brands. If you thrive on building relationships and spotting opportunities before anyone else, this is your playground.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and secure partnerships with brands for campaigns, launches, and long-term collaborations.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across industries.
• Lead outreach, pitching, negotiations, and closing.
• Work with internal teams to shape proposals that wow.
• Keep tabs on market trends, product drops, and competitor moves to stay ahead of the game.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in partnerships, sales, or brand-side marketing.
• A strong network and proven track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, creative environment.
• Hustler mindset: resourceful, resilient, and results-driven.
