Role Overview: As a Brand Partnerships & Sales Manager in Influencer Marketing at AdSynergiX., you will play a crucial role in the creator economy by connecting brands with suitable influencers and overseeing campaigns from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage with brands, agencies, and decision-makers to propose influencer collaborations. - Pitching & Deal Closure: Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and secure brand partnerships for influencer campaigns. - Influencer Sourcing & Management: Scout, negotiate with, and onboard influencers, creators, and talent spanning various niches. - Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation, timely deliverables, and measurable outcomes. - Relationship Building: Cultivate enduring partnerships with brands and influencers to facilitate recurring campaigns. - Market Research: Keep abreast of influencer marketing trends, platform updates (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and competitor activities to optimize campaign performance. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, business development, or campaign management (agency or platform background preferred). - Demonstrated proficiency in pitching, negotiating, and finalizing deals. - Sound grasp of the influencer marketing landscape, pricing structures (CPV, CPE, CPM), and campaign key performance indicators. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building aptitude. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adept at excelling in a fast-paced setting.
