This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with the content, performance marketing, social media, admissions, and PR teams. You’ll need to bring a balance of creative energy, project management discipline, and analytical thinking to ensure each collaboration delivers both brand impact and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Identification & Outreach Identify and onboard relevant influencers across categories such as education, entrepreneurship, careers, and lifestyle. Build and manage a robust creator pipeline across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Conduct outreach, negotiate deliverables, and manage contracts and timelines. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with admissions cycles, product launches, and key brand moments. Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, and storytelling angles to ensure consistency and impact. Work with influencers on video scripts, reels, posts, and testimonials that reflect brand authenticity. 3. Relationship Management Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators and thought leaders. Act as the primary point of contact for all influencer-related activities. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions. Use tools like Google Analytics, affiliate links, and social metrics to measure ROI. 5. Collaboration & Content Amplification Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to amplify influencer content across owned channels. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media partnerships, or creator management.
