Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities in global markets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective ad solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Ad Sales / Business Development / Media Buying / Digital Advertising (international exposure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems – programmatic, affiliate, performance marketing, and media sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong global networks and foster client trust.
