Book indirect expenses (admin, SaaS, team reimbursements, subscriptions, etc.) with proper classification and tagging. Ensure all entries are supported by appropriate documentation, approvals, and follow statutory norms. 2. Product Purchase & PO Management: Record all product purchase entries and update inventory-related spends accurately in Tally or Google Sheets. Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) to influencers, vendors, and third-party partners based on approved campaign budgets and scopes. 3. Vendor Coordination and Payments: Liaise with the vendor management team to collect and validate invoices, payment terms, and required documents. Process timely vendor payments in accordance with due dates and payment cycles. Maintain clear records of all outgoing payments and reconcile them with invoices. 4. MIS Reporting & Cost optimization: Collaborate with the Finance Director to prepare and optimize cost reports (MIS) for each campaign/client. Assist in identifying areas of cost overrun and support the team in improving profitability. 5. Vendor Reconciliation and Supporting: Prepare and share vendor reconciliation statements on a regular basis to avoid discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy. Track outstanding dues and follow up for any clarifications or missing documents. 6. Expense Management: Record and reconcile all transactions , ensuring proper categorization and expense validation.
