Responsibilities:

-Talent Onboarding and Relationship Management:

• Identify, onboard and approach promising Influencers/Creators across various categories
• Maintain strong trust-based relationships with Talents, ensuring long-term retention
• Understanding each Talent’s brand, audience, and content style to position them for relevant opportunities

-Brand Deals & Negotiations:

• Leverage networking to bring in relevant brand campaigns and partnerships for talent
• Proactively pitch talents to agencies, PR firms and brands
• Negotiate contract terms, deliverables, timelines in alignment with Talent and agency goals

-Campaign coordination & delivery:

• Oversee execution of brand collaboration from brief to final deliverable
• Coordinate between the talent, brands and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns

-Talent Growth:

• Advice talent on content trends, audience engagement strategies and opportunities
• Explore long-term strategic partnerships

What we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of work experience in Talent Management
• Strong network of brands and agencies in the Influencer space along with good networking and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple talents and campaigns simultaneously
